New Music After 4 Years - Here's What's Coming

It's. Finally. Ready.

I haven't released any music since December of 2020. I spent some time after that album to work on different aspects of music (release concert, cowriting, joining and performing with a band, and lots and lots of worship music). Then, in April of 2023, I decided to write a song every morning based on a Psalm. I ended up with 50 completed Psalm songs (If you're interested in what my songwriting process is like, I it explain it in this video). Of those 50, I've selected my favorite 4 songs, and I can't WAIT to share them with you. I spent all of 2024 in the studio recording them, and they are finally completed and ready to release!

Sooo.......

My first single, "Wings of a Dove - Psalm 55," is dropping on Friday, February 21st!

In Psalm 55, the writer begs God to listen and help in the midst of trouble. I was inspired by the vivid imagery in the psalm, and I put the metaphor of being a bird that flys away from trouble to the wilderness to retreat and rest into the chorus of the song.

I'm so glad to be able to share these songs with you. There's someone I have to thank for making that possible.

Rachael Toews spent approximately a billion hours in the studio making this happen. She is my producer/sound engineer/composer, and played every instrument on every song. I'm lucky to have her on this project, it wouldn't exist without her.
