New Music Video: Rest

I’ve been looking forward to sharing this music video with you all summer! My song “Rest” focuses on the peace that Christ offers us. He says in Matthew 11:28-30,

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

I feel like I've been tired all summer. When I'm tired, I don't really feel like spending time with Jesus through Scripture reading or prayer. Yet, the feet of Jesus is the very place I need to be when my soul and body are tired. There and only there is where true rest is found.
